As an independent glass artist, I regularly design and create pieces intended for public exhibitions. I also work from a shared glass artist cooperative studio, which presents opportunities to participate in studio events, such as one day workshops, Open Studio days and artist’s markets. This page lets you know about any events that I am currently participated in or have planned for the near future. The home page will highlight any updates.
The Contemporary Glass Society Graduate Review 2021
I’m delighted to announce that I have been awarded a Commendation from the judging committee of this year’s Contemporary Glass Society’s Graduate Review. After taking four years out to undertake my BA (Hons) in Art and Design, this has given me the confirmation and encouragement that my art practice can stand up to peer review, especially as I have been the only selected stained glass submission. I would like to thank each of the judges, the Contemporary Glass Society and the Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers of London Charity Fund for this opportunity and endorsement.
I would also like to congratulate all of this years prize winners, selected graduates and all those who have toughed out the last 2 years to graduate, well done!
